My weakness is Cupcakes! It was a matter of time before I would post a recipe. This is the recipe that will make you save I love it to Moon 13 and back! This recipe makes 24 cupcake servings. You will need the following:
- 1 cup of water
- 1/3 vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- Yellow cake mix (unless you prefer chocolate cake!)
- Vanilla frosting
- Black icing pen
- Tin or white/grey baking cups
Here are the steps to create your moon!
- Pour 1 cup of water and 1/3 vegetable oil in to mixing bowl.
- Crack 3 eggs into bowl
- Pour cake mix in
- Mix in blender
- Pour into baking cups placed a cupcake sheet
- Bake in oven at 350° for 17 minutes.
- Remove and let it rest until it springs back to touch! (NO SPRINGS! Ha! Ha! Ha!)
- Begin frosting with vanilla frosting
- Write anything from MST3K to Moon 13 or even detailing a moon on it.
Serve and enjoy!
