Want something so bold it will knock your ten gallon hat off? This recipe will! I always wanted to explore the world of barbecue more and why not a better start than with Cowboy Mike’s Ricochet BBQ sauce. Sure, there are plenty of sauces but nothing like Cowboy Mike Nelson’s! I made a meatloaf sandwich today and said why not add BBQ sauce mix on it. It was delicious but don’t take my word for it try it out yourself in your own kitchen. Here is what you will need:
- 1 Pound of Ground Beef
- Campmix seasoning (Original)
- 1/3 cup of Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce (of your choice)
- Hamburger Buns
- 1 Pan
- Aluminum Foil
- A Mixing Bowl
Now to create a little boldness:
- Place ground beef in pan. Spread until evenly flat.
- Sprinkle seasoning on meat.
- Cover pan with aluminum foil.
- Place covered pan in oven at 350 for 1 hour.
- Remove when cooked through thoroughly.
- Measure brown sugar and BBQ sauce together.
- Mix sauce and brown sugar in bowl.
- Pour on the meatloaf.
- Spread out on meatloaf with spoon.
- Cut a square slice of the meatloaf.
- Place slice on hamburger buns.
Enjoy and remember that it is “bold!”
