What do you get when a giant radioactive lizard fights a sea monster that is an oversized lobster? Tons of lobster meat! Why not use that meat towards something usable? I know lobster meat cost an arm and leg (or claw and tail) at the grocery store but here is a recipe that is guaranteed to make your mouth water! So “Stop right there or I’ll fill a prescription!” (Sorry, love that riff!) Stop right there and get in the kitchen! First you are going to need the ingredients:
- Container of Lobster meat
- Hot dog rolls
- Butter
- Shredded lettuce
- Mayonnaise
Next to cook up your lobster roll!
- Wash out lobster meat in container.
- Mix mayonnaise with lobster meat.
- Place butter on frying pan until melted
- Rub hot dog rolls in butter until toasted golden then remove.
- Open hot dog roll and fill with shredded lettuce.
- Lay down lobster meat on lettuce.
