20 years ago on this day in MST3K history, we found out “where the fish lives” and had used Amazing Grace from public domain multiple times while burning the witch! I’m referring to The Touch of Satan! This recipe requires you to make a trip to where the fish lives (or the local grocery store)! Zap! Here is what you will need:
- 2 Trout fillet
- 1/4 cup of butter
- Salt and pepper
- Dill or parsley (really any herb of your preference)
- 1 Lemon
- Grilling aluminium foil
Now to fire up the torches and pitchforks… um… I meant grill!
- First melt butter in pan
- Place trout on grilling aluminum foil skin side down
- Pour butter and lemon juice on fillets
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on fillets
- Add herbs of choice
- Place on top of grill at a temperature of 180° degrees
- Grill for 4 to 5 minutes or until throughly cooked
- Remove from grill and let it cool
