Mac and Me with Cheese It Casserole

What do you get when watch a cheesy rip off of E.T. and put the name “Mac” in the title? You get Mac and Cheese Casserole! There are so many recipes with this film so do not worry! They are coming! I thought I would start with something simple and very cheesy like the movie. This recipe is “pretty nice”! Here is what you will need:

• Kraft Macaroni and cheese mix
• Rotini
• Roll of Ritz crackers
• 1/3 Cheese-Its
• 1 bag of Shredded cheese package
• Butter
• 1/4 cup of Milk
• Circular baking dish
• 2 pots
• Large spoon
• Strainer

Now to follow your calling or way to create this dish:

1. First bring to boil 2 pots with 6 cups of water each
2. Add macaroni and rotini into separate pots and stir for 8 minutes
3. Drain both pots separately
4. In macaroni and cheese add 1/2 cup water
5. Add 4 tbsp of butter
6. Layer macaroni and cheese first
7. Next place shredded cheese on top of first layer

1. Add layer of rotini
2. Sprinkle more shredded cheese
3. Now place down another layer of macaroni and cheese (using rest of mix)
4. Add one more layer of rotini
5. Next crumble up a 1/3 cup of Cheese-Its and roll of Ritz crackers
6. Sprinkle crumb mix on top of rotini
7. Place in oven for 45 mins at 350° or until baked thoroughly.
8. Remove from oven and let cool

Grab your can Coca-Cola and enjoy this nightmare of a cheesy movie-based meal! (Don’t forget your straw for your cola!)
