Chief Eskimo’s Igloo Steak

In Gamera, the chief of the Eskimo village gives professor Hidaka a legendary stone, which in turn, Servo says, “It looks like a Medium Rare Porter House!” Well, now you can have that legendary stone or in this case a steak that brings evil. Here is what you will need:

• 8 to 16 oz Porter House Steak

Let’s start grilling!

1. Place steak on grill
2. Turn heat around 145°
3. Flip meat after grilling the first side for 5 mins!
4. After turned over grill for at least 4 minutes for medium rare
5. Remove from grill when cooked throughly
